We Love Pets
We love welcoming pets into our communities. To help ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, we do have a few simple guidelines. Most cats and dogs are welcome, and each household can have up to two pets. Some breed and size restrictions may apply and we're not able to accept pets with known aggressive tendencies. If you'll be bringing any furry friends, just let Brick+TImber know ahead of time with a brief description of each pet. We may also request up-to-date vaccination information when needed.
Pet Guidelines & Fees
We welcome pets at many of our communities and aim to create a comfortable environment for both residents and their animals. The following guidelines help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- We allow up to two pets (cats and/or dogs) per household
- There is a 70lb weight limit
- Proof of vaccinations may be required
- Pets must be registered with management prior to move-in
- Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in shared areas
- Monthly Pet Rent:
- Cats: $25 per pet, per month
- Dogs: $50 per pet, per month
- The following breads are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Danes, Mastiff, Pitbull Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid
