We Love Pets
We have a two pet maximum per household; approved breeds are welcome. There is a seventy pound weight limit, per pet. Our communities welcome both cats, and dogs. Pets of aggressive breeds will not be permitted. If you plan on bringing your animal friends, please give Brick + Timber advance notice by providing a written description of each pet, including size and weight. If applicable, we may ask for evidence (via current veterinary certificate) that your pets have been vaccinated against rabies.
General Pet Rules
We are a pet-friendly community, allowing up to two pets (cats and/or dogs) per household. To ensure a harmonious living environment, we have a few guidelines in place. Firstly, each pet must weigh below 70 lbs to be eligible for residence. Additionally, we do not permit the following breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Danes, Mastiff, Pitbull Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. Please contact us to request our pet addendum for your signature. Upon approval, a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet will be added to your ledger. We eagerly anticipate welcoming your beloved furry companions into our community!
