For many pet owners, finding the perfect place to live can be tricky. At Brick + Timber several of the apartment buildings we manage are pet friendly. Many apartment buildings are located within walking distance to nearby green space or local parks where your pup can play. Who better to explore the city with than your furry friend! Whether you are a cat or dog lover we may have an option for you and your furry, family members.

The Bay Area is a haven for aspiring local artists which we believe imbues the hearts and minds of the people who appreciate their community’s ingenuity and brilliance. At Brick + Timber we encourage building owners to support the local art scene by showcasing local art pieces in the buildings we manage. In some buildings, residents and their visitors get to experience vibrant, diverse art up-close. We aim to have an impact on local artists by supporting their artwork while preserving the rich history that makes the Bay Area distinct. Showcasing art from local artists provides a glimpse into the visiting and native expressionist culture where artists imagine, collaborate, and create.
