Pet Policy - Pet Friendly San Francisco Apartments

GENERAL PET RULES

At Brick + Timber several of the apartment buildings we manage are pet friendly, but we do have a few rules for our units to ensure everyone stays safe and happy.

We have a two pet maximum per household; approved breeds are welcome. There is a seventy pound weight limit, per pet. Our communities welcome both cats, and dogs. Pets of aggressive breeds will not be permitted.

If you plan on bringing your animal friends, please give Brick + Timber advance notice by providing a written description of each pet, including size and weight. If applicable, we may ask for evidence (via current veterinary certificate) that your pets have been vaccinated against rabies.
